...is that people had become so used to the 'Classic Look and Feel' that when presented with the sparkly new 'Luna(tic?)' interface they just freaked out and became so irrationally afraid of having to learn something new that they simply couldn't bring themselves to testing things out on their own. So much for 'updating' the Windows interface I say.
