this is a specific type of "abortion" (I use the word figurativly here). The baby is born half way?. The head is sticking out and the body is still in, then they kill it. If they are going to perform an abortion then do so while the child in still in the womb, not after it's almost out. I can't see any situation where a child is almost born than then, Ohh nooo the mothers life is in danger! let's crush it's head in!. I could be wrong and would like to know if I am. I just cannot see where partial birth can save a mothers life.
