Clinton had brains. (Well, sometimes he did use the wrong head for thinking, but still...)

Shrub doesn't.

And that's why he was installed ... err ... elected.

A wo/man, able to think with hir own head and having a grasp on reality (or - $DEITY forbid - even an ... *gasp* ... own opinion) would sooner or later realise, s/he no more than a puppet and could reject agreeing to things which are clearly corrupt or just plain wrong.

But there's no danger that Junior could ever be pushed over the edge - he hasn't even got a concept of an edge.

However it will be very interesting to see what tricks they'll use to keep him as the president. (Though if they managed to manipulate database of voters the first time, it would be even easier, when they had four years to prepare things for other states as well.)

On the other hand, why bother keeping him at all, since he has yet another advantage: he's completely expendable...
