HOW do USA limit the number of children in the rest of the world:
stirr up their little quarrels to shotgun level,
then "give" them the weapons they ask for when everything escalates.
(no really, they GIVE the weapons, only later they say "now sign a treaty that you will pay for them, and while you cannot pay tomorrow, we'll charge you interest ... thus in 20 years the original amount has been payed back sixfold, but that's all counted as interest ... this cripples the govt for ages)
This is not directly limiting the number of BIRTHS in those other countries, but certainly limits their number of living children ... the ones who don't get shot, may die from hunger or lack of health care or hygiene ...
"But americans are forced to populate the world" : as stated earlier, in USA there is (even cheap) birth control, abortion is a trama for the girl/woman, so i don't think forbidding that will cause direct over-population of the USA. |
