Obviously should have read; What this law does is act as a medical expert and state that there is no circumstance in which a third term abortion is a better choice; That there is no circumstance where a third term abortion might be a less dangerous, or less risky procedure than a ceasarean or induced birth. I believe the remainder of the post makes sense.
