Paßt schon so *g* Deine Übersetzung ist latürnich näher am Original, hält sich also an "So genau wie möglich, so frei wie nötig". Nur daß man es bei einem Deutschen in ungezwungener Umgebung wohl kaum so hören wird (ein Problem vieler Übersetzungen...).
Bzgl. des Singular dachte ich nur daran, daß ich "swine" für eben dieses halte, während das Fehlen eines Artikels wiederum eine Pluralform andeutet. Und in Bezug auf Stef fand ich diesen Seitenhieb halt überlegenswert - ist jetzt eine Interpretationsfrage: Was hat Illiad mit dieser Formel ausdrücken wollen?
