Neo isn't dead! At that last bit, where you see all the light while they're taking Neo in on the floating platform thingy, you see something flow between Neo and the machines. I think Neo is now a PART of the machines. Half program, half human. A human mind in a machine body. Maybe he exists entirely in the Matrix. So there is possibliity for a sequel. Although I'm not sure they could top Revolutions in special effects.

Someone yesterday was asking about how Neo was jacked in after he had gotten stuck in the train station? It's obvious. When they figured out he was jacked in wirelessly, they jacked him in with the hardline so they could be certain of getting him out. They did this after they saw the Oracle. Morpheus and Trinity didn't exit first, they just called up whoever the operator was and had him do it.
