I'm going to have to let my inner (l)user show by Control 2003-11-06 02:23:34
I've got a WinXP/Suse 8 dual boot system. Two scsi disks, each OS on one. Recently, I've aquired the means to do all my linux working on the network drives and login clusters, thus gaining access to much more CPU power, and disk space. This means, that the linux disk in my local machine is just gathering dust. I'm tight on diskspace under XP, and would like to use the other disk now. Questions:

How do I get the thing to show up in windows? Or do I have to format from dos? The disk hardware shows up in device manager, but I can't do anything with it.
I'm actually hard pressed to say which disk winblows is running from (the Quantum or the IBM), but I've noticed that only one drive gives the option to 'disable' in device manager. Is windows that smart, that I can't disable the drive it's running from? Or is this misleading?

Any further pitfalls I might have missed?
