One I like to use is: Tell her you are very busy and can't talk BUT say that you'll come and see her when you have spare time. Then you do just that, say about 10-15 minutes before she leaves work. And if she likes to talk more, say that you'll come again on some other day. The point is making sure she understands that you get into trouble if your work is not done, so you'll finish it before talking to her. If she's just too thick to grasp on it, you can just walk away, because that probably is not going to have any lasting effect on such a thick person...
