You can get air-dried noodles now that are 99% fat-free... They taste vile, so in retaliation, I give you : UNHEALTHY noodles. Take x packs of Ramen or Maggi or whatever... cook as normal, put in bowl. Grate 1 cup of cheese into bowl for each pack you used, as quickly as you can (so noodles are still really hot) The cheese melts v. nicely. Garnish with as much sweet chilli sauce as you like, and if you want add the flavouring sachets as well. Bon appetit!
