chicken, vegetable, pork or oriental flavour noodles. Boil the noodles in 2cups of water(as per package), add some broccoli, peas, and maybe some carrot. Once vegies are a little tender add in the flavour packet and 1 lap chung sliced up well(chinese wine sausage). Beat one egg and gradually mix it in the mixture. Continue to cook about 1-2 more minutes til the egg in there looks done. Then add in about a teaspoon of oyster sauce. Serve hot. :)
