Glad it wasn't me, though. I'm a big fan of the regular sort of spiders ("regular" being the ones common in southeastern Ontario - usually no bigger than 2cm), but the big hairy ones freak me right out. I like anything that eats bugs. At least they primarily eat invertebrates. I was once at a spider museum/zoo sort of place, and unexpectedly ended up face-to-face with a spider that eats sparrows. That bothered me. A lot.
