if they don't improve (males) who seem to need it more than females. The child didn't pop out of their body so there is a level of abstraction there. For women, take the child away and give her a hysterectomy. Basically make sure they can't reproduce again EVER, in a painful and evasive way as a reminder of the crappy people they are.
