Over here (Toronto, Canada) every now and then the police decide to have a "safety blitz", usually on a long weekend when there will be thousands of poeple leaving the city for their cottages. Some of the reports are rather amusing.

One driver was eating a sandwich and talking on his celphone while steering with his knees...at 145kph(~90mph). Another driver was pulled over for cutting his toenails while traveling at 130kph(~81mph). I don't know how he managed that one. I'm not flexible enough to cut my toenails in the car.
