it is pure hell. :( I remember when my brother went through it some ten years ago. He came home after his basic, and he was thin, pale, and sickly. Though in the end it gave him a great career, stability, and made him grow up. Now he has a successful job that pays excellent money, and is a wonderful husband and father to three boys. Keep giving Sketcher all the support he needs, and he will do fine. It is hard, but I guess they have to put them through that to see if they can withstand the worst of situations. Good Luck to him, and he is in our thoughts.
