I know PETA would hate it if I disclosed this information, but virtually no part of the noble mink goes unused.
The skin goes, of course, to make coats for rich women.
The fat is processed into mink oil, which is often used to treat leather - baseball gloves, boots, that sort of thing.
Mink meat, although considered inedible by itself, is chock full of nutrients and is often used in high-end pet foods, having been processed into a meal since it's kind of tough.
And let's not forget, minks are f***ers. They're evil, evil weasels. |
