... that no-one would text while driving; it has happened. There was a case in which a lorry driver ran someone over because he was busy texting. He tried to deny it, but the last text he sent was produced in court, it ended with something like: "Gotta go, just ran over someone" What's the law got to say about hands-free kits, anyway?
