  Sounds a siren that won't shut off. (I built one by ChuckAB 2003-11-03 05:00:55
once.) It was a little electronics project that consisted of a button, a red light and a speaker in a project box. When you pushed the red button, it activated an electronic siren that wouldn't shut up until you unplugged it from the wall. Of course, it didn't work right because I had cooked the one big capacitor (it looked neat when it started to bubble) when I was soldering it together. I'll have to find that project again, sometime...
