...but only after half of them have been fined for it. I suspect the police are going to have a field day on December 1st. Would be a good time to be several flies on the ceilings of several traffic cars, I think :-) Surveys suggest that many motorists are unaware of the change in the law though. They also suggest that many motorists have no idea it's a dangerous thing to do, which makes me question their sanity. And what's more, they also suggest that many motorists who do know about the change in the law plan to ignore it. Those are the ones I really want to see get caught. Ignorance is no defence, this is true, but willful, knowing defiance really irritates. Especially since they're probably the people who think that they're safe drivers.
