I went to the Edmonton parade this year. It was most impressive! A number of floats, and a LARGE number of people attended and marched. I was about a block (maybe two at the most) from the starting point, and it took about 20-25 min for the parade to pass. Then, my friends and I joined the group marching at the end of the parade, and walked the rest of the route. It was an amazing experience.
