Well, after hacking sendmail.cf	by Slamlander	2003-11-01 19:27:58
a bit, it wasn't bad. It certainly wasn't any worse than the Exchange 5.5 server I ran in parallel with it for years. I had more crack attemps on the Exchange server, fewer successes on sendmail. The sendmail.cf hacks were to close the open-relay problem that sendmail assumes is a normal operation. Until SPAMMERS, it wasn't a NET.SIN to run an open relay. BTW, that was the problem under Exchange 5.5 as well.
