Netpositive - if it displayed right in that, it was almost certainly good to go in any other browser. Good HTML editors galore, mostly code-based. Hex triplet generator that I've not found anywhere else. With another box running something for testing, you could use poorman to host testing pages and still have it a lovely desktop system. The sheer ease of using BeOS.
