WU's are done in frames by oot 2003-11-01 10:06:04
It will vary from machine to machine and WU to WU, but it seems like 10 minutes is a reasonable estimate for how long it will take to complete a frame on a relatively modern computer (Just based on numbers from a few people... I could be waay off here). When it says progress 0/400, it means you have a 400 frame work unit and have completed none of the frames.

I would guess that since you had it going "on and off" all day, it hasn't completed any frames because it wasn't on for long enough at a time. Every time you stop it, it has to start over on the frame it was on, so if you only had it on for a little while at a time it's probably been starting the same frame over and over.

If you've had it on for a long time (say, an hour) and it hasn't completed any frames, then something weird is going on.
