Repost: Firebird & Shockwave by Irrelevant2006-11-19 12:55:59

Argh!

Well, first I decided to try updating Firebird from 0.6 to 0.7. On doing that, I discovered that it had lost most of my extensions. Argh. >:(

It had also lost Flash. Argh. >:(

On inspecting the .reg file I was pointed to, I noticed that all the paths were set wrongly. Argh. >:(

...so I fixed them and re-added them. Then had another go at installing Shockwave.

Finally, Firebird appeared on the 'choose your browser' menu, and it actually worked when I installed it! Yay!

...However, the Flash installer is now b0rked. It recognises Firebird, but now I just get a space where Flash applets should be. So I no longer have Flash.

Argh. >:( I can't win.
