What experience do you have soldering? What kind of suggestions are you looking for?

If you have to solder to the pads at the bottom of that PCB where the ribbon cables go in, it should be pretty easy. Just take your iron, melt that solder and stick your wires in. If you have to solder to the traces for those contacts, I can't help you.

In general, I would suggest you use a good flux paste for anything that isn't yet soldered and that you use a 20-25W iron. I've got a 15W iron and it's barely adequate for small SMD stuff.
