Though one of my favorites is a poahed egg on toast.It seems to fill one up and keep one going all day. And it is fairly healthy. What w/ no frying. And then there are soft cooked eggs. Pleeled and broken up in a bowl with a bit of butter! Yum. Especially if the yolk is still runny ( though cooked)! Not as healthy with the butter but tasty!
