was given to me by a crazy lady who works at a race track(being a crazy lady is considered a high honor in my social group). I am aware that Fast Eddie is a character in Morrowind who eventually becomes your mouthpiece if you rise in the ranks of the Telvanni, I think he also has some role in the main quest... I am also vaguely aware of Fast Eddie being the name of a character in some old TV show or somesuch, but I don't know much more than that.
