it is a right. Driving is a privilege. You may choose to exercise that right or not, but it should never be taken away from anyone who is not incarcerated. Not only are voting and consent related, but fundamentally so. Voting is one of the only peaceful ways to grant consent to be governed. If you do not like the current government, you vote against them. If a majority agrees, the government changes.
