I posted it a few times. They do phone interviews. What is it with the RCMP asking people to pay for their own transportation to the far north? They could do it by teleconferencing video or use a southern personnel officer to do a screening interview or a combo in-person and over-the-phone interview. How do they expect to get qualified people to go for the job if it costs them a grand to do the interview. That sucks.
