issues? If I don't know anyone in prison, I can't vote on prison issues? I rarely visit the coastline and I'm not an oyster farmer, so I can't vote on those issues?

That argument doesn't hunt. Unless there are proprietary lanes for buses to use or your public transportation is rail-based, the public transit user sits in the same awful traffic as the car commuter.

I'm of the opposing opinion that people need to be MORE involved in government and not LESS involved or even limited to certain issues.
