The scripts are (mostly) fine, but the acting is horrible and the timing is completely off. The only character that's even close is Patrick. I was particularly disappointed with Steve and Jeff because so much of the humor in the UK version depends on them. I only watched the first two episodes, so I guess it might have gotten better, but I doubt it.
