They dont get to have any childhood at all...It's all about how old you can look and how soon you can get served. The main problem around where I used to live is apathy. The girls there have little to no future if they dont get out of the town and then only option is to get a low paid mindless job in the factories or have a kid and get the state to get you a house, money and food stamps. Guess which route the majority take...
