you can name him "Gåva", the swedish word for gift. (å is pronounced like the French "eau") Födelsedag (birthday) is a bit long for a name (4 syllables)... Svart/vit (black/white) could work. Katt (cat) or present (well, take a guess...) are kind of pointless. Just to be strange you could name him Hund or Vovve ("Dog" or "Doggie") :-)
