since all the computers connecting lack the capability right now. There are just 4 people connecting; all have laptops with builtin rj45 connections, so the DM834 looks highly right. time to go price-comparing on it... Oh, and you get the award for showing most sense. I'm not doing this to be a geek, I'm doing it so my SO and her housemates can use the internet without hassle. I'm happy to tinker with my stuff, but as you said, this is something that needs to Just Work. Especially since the house I'm helping here is distinctly non-geek...
