It seems a local city has some kind of sick person(s) going around colleting cats and then dismembering them. As a result people are reminded by the police not tolet their pets out unsupervised. It has people worried enough to also keeping an eye on their children. Though there is no evidence the parties involved are targeting people. I pity the person(s) doing it getting caught by a vengful cat owner. They may do the same to the sick person(s).
