FA-310TX... with the exception of probably every other Bay/Netgear/Linksys card based on that chipset. Do yourself a favour and geta $15 Realtek card. THey're easy to setup, asn so long as you don't need to saturate your link all the time and do heavy hardware routing, then they're great cards. The linksys, bay/netgear and 3Com cards I find VERY buggy and I've thrown most of them out. Too much data corruption.
