being seen by hundreds or thousands of *different* people who may or may not even remember seeing you, and having your movements caught on tape, and able to be correlated with other videos to track your movements. It's not likely that you're being followed by one individual (or a network of individuals) 24/7, whereas with cameras it's a guarantee.

I never said "absolute privacy is a must". There are certain things that you can't avoid, but one has reasonable expectations of privacy, and cameras that can track your every movement cross that line.
