Face Reconition (sp?) is what they'd be using. The computer that is looking for matches would only match people that are important enough to look for.

Besides if you are worried about someone tracking you then it's too late. When I was in grade school (grade 4 to be exact) we took a feild trip to the Fort mc Murray Dept of Transportation. They showed us that it was possiable to track any car as long as there was a stop light present. Now ever stop light has a camera attached so they can actually see what your face looks like. `
