We are talking TÜV here, aren't we? A friend of mine bought a really old and cheap Golf 1 a while ago for the time until she finished restaurating her Beetle... When she had to take it to the inspections for the first time, there was only one thing they found faulty: The horn was out of tune... No, really! She had to have the horn replaced because it was out of tune and couldn't find a mechanic who could tune car horns...
