Although, my tastes have always been centered quite far back. New discoveries are all over the place, but I only quite recently discovered Bach. That after several years of nearly no classical music - I listened to Mozart a lot at around 10-13 years, and was actually teased for that even after I'd mostly stopped. It just made a convenient tease for all the bullies - "hey, what do you think of the current No.1? Oh, wait, your No.1 is still Mozart! ha ha ha!"
Anyway, half those people can get stuffed, the other half have turned around somewhat and now listen to Mozart and Bach themselves ;-) Well no, not half. One of them, who was severely misguided for some time but has recovered. These days, he also listens to Kyuss sometimes. Mostly when he's stoned, I think.
