Actually this was the first time I had a by Celticess 2003-08-26 12:13:23
international mail problem. I've sent things to scottland a few times, to england, and also to the US... never has their been a problem and things if sent first class always arrive 5-7 days after sent. Also when younger I'd frequently send things to algeria, greece, germany, australia, newzealand, and france where I had pen pals(tapes and letters) and never had a problem. Nick has said tho sometimes swedens mail is just awful as far as international stuff goes. I suspect tho someone switched without telling me the status of the envelope to parcel despite me paying first class letter mail. Parcel post sent second class takes 6-8 weeks to get to europe... so that does mesh with the time frame. But if he'd not of gotten it I'd of made him the things again and sent it again.
