show this in the "Processes" tab of the Task Manager (which is actually useful for managing tasks under the NTs, shock horror). I'm not sure about addons for Win98. AMN Task Manager? I use their Refrigerator (it does the HALT commands that NT / Linux do, to make the CPU actually idle properly).
