Consult with someone that knows the procedure for activating cell phones, write the code to do it, send out letters to various cell-phone companies telling them about the amazing product you have which will slice their operating overhead to the bone, do some demos, sell the licenses and support package for five digits per unit, then you'll have enough spare change to bail from retail and find something/someplace you'll actually like.
