the "pigtail" is my long hair, plaited and running most of the time down the back of my neck, over the (vertical) non-tanned stripe. The horizontal non-tanned stripe is much thinner and sharper edged, and is caused by my ever-present necklaces. The other untanned stripes are on left wrist (watch) and right ring finger (copper ring against ankle pains in cold wet (ie British) weather.)
