cause it works at resolving an issue %80 of the time... Especially if it's a windows BOX... I still to this day tell my users to reboot first... If they lied to me saying they rebooted just to get me to their desk.. I reboot it for them, and with out it comming back all the way I'm already back in the server room; man do I get glares. But it works... I still have nightmares of removing and re adding tcp/ip stacks to windows 98/95/3.11 over the phone.
