im betting that you will be able to get all up in it real quick like after finishing your paperwork

hope and pray that you do not get into a DEP [delayed enlistment program] group
it is agony


you sit there... you get a menial job (i suggest cart pushing for walmart- bad for the body and even worse for the head- perfect training for your long marine basic
months pass by, you forget you are even affiliated with the military at all

but from what i have heard bout the marines is that you will not have to wait in a long line to get to training, so i guess thats great for you

and really... thanks for being someone with the initiative to get the govt to help them and at the same time have one hell of an adventure
