Is there a joke here I'm not getting? It looks to me like Mykel just did the old "point and laugh gag" where the purveyor of the gag points at a person who has entered and laughs attempting to confuse the "victim". There is also an online "point and laugh gag" where a person randomly points and laughs at another person in an attempt to engage them. This is usually responded to by the "victim" playing along by saying something which indicates the laughter was deserved such as "What? You've never seen underwear that color before?". If that's not the situation here, then I'm just confused.
