Is there a port for CDE to Linux? by romandas 2003-08-24 17:12:37
I'm looking at this website for a beginning tutorial in C, but the tutorial uses the Common Desktop Environment in Unix.. I was wondering if this was ported to Linux. Anyone know?

Btw, I've done a bit of C way back when... but I figured I could use a big refresher before trying to do my 'little' project. (See diary) I've been teaching myself Python and Perl, but I don't think they're suitable for a large-scale 2D turn-based game. If someone with more knowledge than I have (not hard to do ;) can tell me different, please do!
