Sorry for 'da' usage. The would not fit twice But yeah, it looks like the scraggled area is a person who has tried to capture the amulet of the great lakes and failed at the last minute. Picture it as a person who has one arm over the lakes, and one hand underneath it, lying on the floor, like they fell with 'it' in there hands.
