Wen you go to G6 and dive (thanks tigermouse!) you get to a room. On the wall above the keyhole, it says ONE FOR ALL - OR NONE. The Unity charm opens the door. Behind it, there is another door, and another keyhole. This one says FROM UNITY DERIVED and is opened by the Purity charm. The final door says FROM CLEAR WATERS GRANTED, and of course is opened by the Speed charm. The final challenge, I'll leave for you to figure out!
